In 1989, Heinz Müller and Peter Lehmann founded the company Retus Arch AG, which was active in industrial plant construction. Already two years later, the young company moved from Arch to Leuzigen and was renamed ELPEX AG (Elektro Projekt Engineering). In 2009, the company celebrated its 20th birthday. 40 Staff members and trainees are employed in Kirchberg today.
ELPEX AG projects, constructs and supports complex switchgear (SPS and CNC controls).These days, there is a little ELPEX behind just about everything. It is possible that your daily yoghurt was filled by a system running with ELPEX controls.
